C A Rinehart, president, states Ranchers' Hail and Fire wrote about 750000 in hail policies during 1916 and paid all claims in full. The firm grew to 70 policyholders early this year and aims for 3000 members before hail season. It charges a $1 annual fee with an 8 percent maximum assessment.
