An Odd Fellows hall building in Dillon was reportedly sold by A F Graeter to the State Bank and Apollo Lodge I O O F. The price was not disclosed but rumored at 14000 dollars. The deal splits ownership forty and sixty percent with the bank holding the sixty percent share. The two story brick block stands at the northwest corner of Bannack and Idaho Streets and was erected by the Odd Fellows. Completion of the sale was not yet confirmed.
