The Agricultural College Regiment band performed to a full house at the Normal Auditorium in Dillon. Led by Louis L. Howard, the program featured 24 pieces with cornet solos, basses, trombones, and a baritone solo by Prof Earle B. Oliver. An informal reception and dance followed the concert.

Helena April 17 A Montana business man with three months free and at least 1000 to spend may be chosen as the state's official representative for a Boston Chamber of Commerce organized tour of Europe. The delegation, limited to 100 Americans, will be hosted with banquets and attentive receptions. Governor Norris may designate a replacement if unavailable.

Aged Matron Matilda B Scott Dies in Dillon
Matilda B Scott aged 79 died last Monday night at her South Dakota street home after a stroke and a fall that left her largely invalid. Born January 22, 1844 in Mifflin County Pennsylvania, she leaves three children and eight grandchildren. Funeral held at St James Episcopal Church, burial beside her husband in Mountain View cemetery. The article also notes Dillon dormitory planning by the committee seeking a matron, kitchen supervisor, and housing to support county students.

Remarkable preservation of 1880 Lima burial unearthed
Undertaker BE H Brundage in Lima last Thursday exhumed a body buried 81 years ago and found it remarkably preserved. The 1880 interment belonged to Mrs C L Bristol wife of a Lima hotel man once known as Spring Hill. Bristol, who later traveled widely, never located, planned to move remains to Lincoln Nebraska where they were taken last August.
