Remy to be released soon in Montana county case
Camille Frederic Remy, convicted of manslaughter for killing Wason J Oliver in 1905 near Wolf Creek, will be released April 18 after a three year nine month good time allowance and 87 days off for road work. The case drew state attention with a later stake that jurors considered self defense but found him guilty.

Record-Breaking Trout Caught Near Armstead
J. W. Scott claims a state record after catching a thirteen pound eight ounce trout in Horse Prairie creek near Armstead. The 29 inch long fish dressed at twelve pounds and was exhibited in Butte at the O. S. S. uptown office, with a plaster cast also made. Scott previously hauled an eight pound trout from the same location last Friday.

Funeral Held for George F. Anderson in Dillon
George F. Anderson died last Thursday at his Kentucky Avenue home after a lingering illness. Born in Fergus Ontario forty four years ago he spent much of his life in Canada before moving to Great Falls then Dion and finally Dillon. Survived by wife two sons and daughter and a brother sister and father, the funeral was conducted by Rev Ostrander with interment at Mountain View cemetery.

Death comes to Mrs M B Henneberry at seventy four in Deer Lodge after a long life as a pioneer matron. Born in Limerick Ireland she emigrated in 1850 and traveled to Montana in 1865 with her husband later settling in Benaverhead and Ryans Canyon ranch. Survived by two sons and two daughters in this county, funeral held at Deer Lodge Catholic church with family members attending.
