Mexican to face charge for flag insult in Lima
The Examiner reports Pedro Villa, a Mexican national, was jailed in Lima for a disturbance. The judge says Villa’s attitude toward the U S flag was unknown at sentencing and will pursue a more serious charge of insulting the flag after the 60 day term ends.

Miss Josephine Marchesseau aged 28 died last week in Warren Missouri from tuberculosis. The remains were brought to Dillon for interment and the funeral was held Friday from the St Rose Catholic church.

Slick Trio to Face District Court in Highway Robbery
Frank Smith Peter Ruikie and J B Kind were arrested after a Dell farmer E W York reported a highway robbery last Friday morning in town near Wedum Lumber yard. York had $95 in cash mainly winter savings when the trio accosted him. Smith later produced the money claim and the men fled. Some cash was recovered.

Boosters to visit Dillon for livestock talks
A party of 25 Omaha boosters including bankers commission men railroad reps and hotel managers will visit Dillon on April 18. They will meet Beaverhead county livestock men study conditions and tour Miles City Billings and Butte before returning the same day. Mayor Gilbert named a reception committee.
