Ramsey county officials meet October 5 1903 discuss building a steel wagon bridge at Telar's Bay, appoint a three member committee, audit a sheriff's bill, address annexation petitions to Starkweather district, detach sections for Pleasant district, and award bridge contracts to Fargo Bridge & Iron Co with totals around 1174 and 115 etc.

Four head of cattle listed as taken up by H. Klingel Section 33 town 156 range 62. A two year old red and white spotted steer a red with white face mully farrow cow a yearling heifer mostly white with red on neck and shoulders and a yearling steer red with white spots.
