At a special city council meeting last Friday Sprigg Bros. of Grand Forks won the contract for the city hall heating apparatus except the boiler. There is discussion of tying the plant to the Jacobson block boiler, but no decision yet. The sewer contract on Seventh Street from Uline to Minnewankan and on Minnewankan to Fifth Street went to James Kennedy, who has built other city sewers.
