She outlined the year’s routine of notifying new clubs of admission, sending stationery, and compiling material for the Yearbook. She noted a winter election deciding where the 1911 annual meeting would be held with results 23 votes for Devils Lake, 3 for Grand Forks, and 3 not voting. The March board added ten new clubs, with plans to add nine more, and Fargo’s Musteal cin was renamed the Fine Art club with music as a department.

The Devils Lake city council invites bids by October 30 1911 at 8 pm for a 12 inch sewer about 915 feet long on Farrington avenue from Tenth street to the alley between Seventh and Eighth streets. Plans on file in City Auditor's office. Bids sealed marked Proposals for Sewer with $500 certified check and bond. City may reject any bid. Dated October 2 1911. S. C. Jones City Auditor.
