The Devils Lake North Dakota Board of Education invites bids for constructing toilet rooms and sewer and water connections for the high school building. Bids close at 8 p m on November 16, 1903 and must include a $100 certified check. Plans and specifications are available at the clerk’s office. The board may reject any or all bids. November 4, 1903.
