Ramsey County Board approves bills and adopts county actions 1903
Ramsey County North Dakota board met May 1 1903 at Devils Lake with five commissioners present. They approved numerous claims and warrants under chapter 162 1901, authorized payments for court house supplies salaries and taxes, adopted weed destruction orders and tax adjustments, and declared Starkweather incorporated. A bridge committee was appointed to study a proposed span between SE Sec 13 and NE Sec 23, and the board adjourned to June 6 1903.
