Maloney For Life In Murder Case Verdict
The jury found Dan Maloney guilty in the Nick Nachteheim-Albert Stoeser murder case and sentenced him to life imprisonment after a fifteen hour deliberation. Other defendants received various punishments including jail time for maintaining a public nuisance, larceny, and assault with a deadly weapon.
