Stock Show Matinee Opens With Speed Trials Monday
The stock show association will open the fair grounds Monday at 2 PM with a 25 cent admission. A speed program includes one trotting match one horse and two pony races with horses called at 2 30 PM. Proceeds fund association expenses. Excursions for arriving railroad men include lake trips and a dress parade. Robbery accident reports and local notices accompany the program.
