It includes a dissolution of partnership, property improvements at a hotel, and a Chautauqua session from June 30 to July 22 with planned restaurants and sewer upgrades.
Letter from Fount of Devils Lake North Dakota dated April 24 1900 requests electors in the Second Judicial District to consider him for District Judge to succeed Judge Morgan if nominated for the Supreme Court. He notes he would prefer Morgan retained as District Judge if Morgan is not nominated.
A colonial era style notice lists candidates and appeals to voters in Ramsey County for Republican nominations. H Brennan seeks district judge support while multiple names including B Curmon and J A Van TaEy announce sheriff candidacies subject to Republican county conventions and caucuses.
The Devils Lake North Dakota Chautauqua association reports about $10 000 spent on grounds upgrades this year and announces a new railroad line from Devils Lake to the Chautauqua grounds. The line will be ready by June 20 with regular trains during the season, allowing guests to visit and return at their leisure. The cottage facilities have also been enlarged to accommodate more patrons.

The Chautauqua association arranged games under Capt. Felix Routier. July 4–5 Devils Lake vs Crookston, July 10–11 Devils Lake vs Milton, July 19 Devils Lake vs Grand Forks. Possible games July 14 against Inkster, July 16 against Fargo, July 21 against Cooperstown pending arrangements.
