Ramsey county farmers plan July trip to Agricultural College
Ramsey county farmers will leave on No 8 Friday July 18th for the agricultural college returning Sunday morning July 20th. The Inter Ocean will pick 30 delegates with free transport for the first 30 names. Delegates from Penn Crary and county areas chosen by local leaders. Wives may accompany. past participants ineligible. A meeting to organize follows early July with Superintendent Bangs and officials from St. Louis visiting mid month.

Memorial Day Observance in Devils Lake
Memorial Day ceremonies in Devils Lake featured a 10 a.m. parade led by Chief Marshal D. G. Duell and Albert Roberts with various units including the Band and the Spanish American War veterans.
