Drowned Body Found After All Night Crary Search
After an all night search by Crary residents and others, the body of Miss Mamie Brown 18 was found in Devils Lake south of Crary. She had left home Monday to bring lunch to her brother then went to a slough but went to the lake. Her death is considered an accident with no clear explanation.
