North Dakota's only watering place closes Sunday after a sequence of epoch making events. The venue drew big crowds and satisfied both young and old, exceeding expectations and providing days of substantial activity.
Special trains from Drake and Fordville mark the first passenger runs over the Soo Line. Great Northern and Farmers Line specials will also operate, arriving early Sunday and returning after the day's program. The event features The Battle of Manila Bay themed water parade with illuminated boats and a water pyrotechnic finale.
