Devils Lake Defeats Larimore in Hot Weekend Battle
In Chautauqua on Saturday Devils Lake edged Larimore 11 to 5 despite Otto Williams sidelined with a sore foot. Sessions and Gahan formed the Devils Lake battery while Abbott and Zalusky held the Larimore defense. Higgins struck four of Devils Lake eleven hits as Hickey and Foubert and Ware contributed strong fielding. Larimore doubled in the second via Weilly to Plainmiller, and Sunday the locals followed with another win.
