The flock's hens helped win top prizes in global contests, with Tom Barron White Leghorns laying 2,251 eggs in eight months, and five pullets producing 1,190 eggs across many entries. These birds are prized for function over show, bred for egg production rather than display. North Dakota hosts few such birds, making the display notable for egg producers and breeders.

99 Arrests Made By Game Warden In This District
North Dakota game warden chief B McCuthcheon reports 1914 arrests in the district reached 99 with 82 convictions and fines, 10 losses, 4 dismissals, and 2 pending.
