Joseph Shelver of Devils Lake serves as president as the Fargo Institute draws Ramsey County students to a Boys and Girls Institute program. Eight Ramsey County children will attend with sessions led by Benson, Hollis, Bell, Randlett, Amidon, Stoner, and Keithly. Amusements and tours fill each day alongside receptions and events at the Orpheum. At Fargo a meeting of North Dakota Improvement Company stockholders formed an investigating committee to examine the removal of M A Baldwin as receiver and to appoint a new officer.
