Two Big Farm Sales In Ramsey County Reach Eleven Thousand
The Ramsey county market saw the largest land deals of the week with the David J. Atchison 640 acre farm in Lake township selling for 11,000 dollars cash and 2,000 due April 1. The Olaf O. Searle 809 acre Odessa township farm fetched 14,250 dollars with 5,250 cash. Purchasers Freeman and Kirk are West Virginia financiers. both farms are well improved with crops, stock and machinery. A. M. Powell and Geo. M. Movers brokered the deals.
