Walter F. Cushing special representative of the state appointed by Gov White visited to push Ramsey county’s exhibit for the St Louis World Fair opening May 1903. A Ramsey county committee will be formed under Prof D F Bangs business men’s club president to secure exhibit materials with legislative funding likely. News notes Winnipeg and Northwest league plans include teams from Peg North Dakota cities with Callahan signing Page and O Dea and Mullane coordinating Grand Forks and other talent for a strong regional ball aggregation.
