Ita Vote Reconsidered in St Paul Parole Postponement
In St Paul Minnesota on April 10 the house reconsidered the vote to indefinitely postpone the parole for the Younger brothers now in state prison. The measure had been recalled from the governor for amendment with no change in the bill before possible approval or rejection. In Washington on the same date Secretary of the Treasury Gage rejected a New York offer of 1,000,000 short term bonds as the price was too high.

Armory Improving After Paralysis Stroke
It was said at the home of Herman C Armour in New York that he is improving from the stroke of paralysis he sustained Friday night. His physician Dr G A McDonald stated the right side is paralyzed and he cannot use his right leg or arm. He is confined to a chair but the doctor considers the stroke not serious. Prince Ed mond Joseph Gabriel Vit de Hatz feldt Wildenbourg has arrived in New York on the Servia with his secretary F M Guedella. He is the son in law of the late C P Huntington and inherits $1,000,000 for his adopted daughter Clara the princess. The prince's father is a German ambassador to England. About 400 union carpenters in Indianapolis did not report for work owing to contractors not signing the scale.
