County superintendents from 33 of 39 counties met in Fargo last week. A uniform monthly report form for teachers and a reading circle program were adopted. The reading circle board selected books for the coming year and set regulations. The board includes J. M. Devine, L. B. Fancher, M. W. Barnes, W. G. Crocker, and L.
