The Gulf of Mexico Recreational Billfish Survey led by Paul Pristas shows 1983 boosts in Destin and Northeastern Gulf. White Marlin and Sailfish surged with 430 and 32 respectively, while total Gulf billfish raised reached 1,740 across Destin, Panama City, Pensacola, and Mobile.
