Deputy reports describe forced entry, pursuit into kitchens, and Laird’s combative behavior as authorities investigated. Separately Judy Lynne Coker files a civil suit in Okaloosa Circuit Court against Property Management Research Inc and Travelers Insurance over a 1982 Sea Cabins Condominiums fall claiming over $5,000 in damages and ongoing losses.
