Rodeo Run At Taylor Park Signups Open This Morning
The sixth annual Rodeo Run begins with an 8 a.m. 10 K and a 9:15 a.m. One Mile Fun Run for youth 10 and under and 11 to 13. Harbor Docks and Log Newspapers sponsor. Registration is $6.50 with late entries welcome at the park. The course starts and ends at Taylor Park on Calhoun Avenue.

DCA Critiques Destin Growth Plan Progress

Teens Mourned By Friends After Fatal Beach Crash
Bryan Klein survived a deadly crash on Okaloosa Island when a 1967 Camaro driven by Eric Brimling struck a delivery truck on U S 98 after dropping off Brimling's girlfriend at the Sheraton Coronado Beach Resort. Friends Richard Doolittle and Eric Brimling died. Bryan recalled waking in an ambulance as he learned of the losses.
