A Leon County judge will decide if 198 voters denied ballots in the District 5 House race may vote. Incumbent Democrat James Ward, 39 votes ahead, was to be sworn in for a fifth term. A twin engine Cessna that landed mysteriously at Destin Airport last Thursday remains held in Pensacola amid a federal probe into navigation violations and possible drug activity.
