Former Destin singer known as Rebel, real name Mike Freeman, recorded a six song debut in California for Accent Records. Five songs are his own, inspired by Hank Williams who he idolizes, with Lovesick Blues remake and You Married the Wrong Man on the project. Freeman, once a child actor, lived in Destin before moving to California, and his music is airing on nationwide country stations via Rebelco. His father manages him and provided early Hank Williams lessons.
