Cleaner Lagoon Plan Gets Blue Ribbon Review
The Blue Ribbon Committee met Wednesday with East Pass Towers representatives to redesign the condominium storm water runoff system. They urged diverting an outfall from the harbor into East Pass and relocating retention areas to East Pass property while exploring porous concrete and underground pipes. A gazebo on the right of way was to be moved nearer the docks, and walkovers still require approval. A public boardwalk retaining wall along the southern edge is planned, with sod and landscaping approved for the outer right of way.
