Grand jury reviews Back Porch permit and zoning rewrite
The grand jury examined a building permit for renovations at the Back Porch Restaurant allowing 125 seats and ten parking spaces. It noted insufficient parking would require carpooling and discussed county ordinances, with a zoning rewrite to be finalized at the March 8 Shalimar meeting after three hearings and two workshops.
