PSC Extends Review of Gulf Rate Increase
Gulf Power filed a 28.4 million dollar rate request with the Public Service Commission, seeking 21.5 million interim rates pending final action. PSC suspended interim rates in June and plans hearings in Panama City and Pensacola in early July with public testimony sought. A final decision is expected in November after additional hearings in Tallahassee during September and October to determine proper rates and return.
