Harold D. and Ira D. Jordan file suit in Okaloosa County Court against Destin Cabinets alleging breach of contract for cabinet work at Dolphin Point Condominium. plaintiffs say work not completed and owed 1500 dollars. Pre trial date set for July 5.
The Senate and House budgets include a $97,000 allocation to purchase right‑of‑way for a flushing system at Old Pass Lagoon and $56,000 for an additional Choctawhatchee Bay computer model. Rep. James Ward pushed these as NWFWMD special project funds. Conferees also included $1.2 million for NWFWMD general operations, with House backing the same amount for FY 1983-84.
