The second annual Seascape Sandcastle Contest starts today at Whale's Tail Beach Club. Registration runs from 9 am to judging at 4 pm. First and runner up prizes will be awarded in sandcastles and sand sculptures with a grand prize weekend for four at Seascape Resort. Entrants may form teams and display signs or logo shirts.
