Sweetwater Design and Development Inc opened its office in Destin Courtyard on U.S. 98 after a year of operations in Destin. The minority firm, founded by Martha Cesery and later joined by Jeff Prescott, provides architectural engineering planning and development services for U.S. and international projects.
