Vanguard Bank promotes five officers in shakeup
Vanguard Bank and Trust Company announces promotions for Ross Lamberson Patricia A Chambers Debra T Elliott and two others. Lamberson becomes Executive Vice President Senior OPS Officer Cashier after joining in 1983 and rising through roles. Chambers advances to Vice President Comptroller Auditor with CPA background and Purdue training. Elliott named Vice President Operations Officer, overseeing Proof and Transit and other duties. Putynkowski is Assistant Vice President Loan Officer at Niceville Branch with prior roles in banking. Peterson becomes Assistant Vice President Operations Officer and heads Account Services after a long rise from book keeper in 1968.
