Pilot lands powerless plane on dune edge at beach

A two seater Cessna 152 made an emergency water landing on Dune Allen Beach after engine failure while a student rode along. Pilot John Rogers guided the craft to the shore near State Road 393, then, with onlookers helping, pushed the plane up and resumed takeoff with no injuries.
