Holiday Isle Improvement Association directors unanimously approved phase one of a long range beautification plan drafted by landscape architect Derek Hanks and Leslie Braden. The plan covers planting signs irrigation and maintenance with completion aimed by July 1. A Mobile firm representative Bob Bateman attended seeking bid details and asked for clarification on omitted specifications and irrigation needs.
