Residents heard that a county water and sewer system may extend from Beach Highlands to near the Walton Bay line with sign ups guiding funding. Officials estimated 1,400 potential users and voiced possible insurance savings, while noting sign ups by June influence feasibility and plant locations between 98 and 30 A on the ridge. 315 signed for water and 312 for sewer, with many taking agreements to mail in.
