In Chicot Chancery Court fee Crayton Hardwood Lumber Co v Dermott Realty Co and J J Dicken a sale of the defendants property will occur on January 12 1917 at the Lake Village Arkansas courthouse by E P Toney commissioner. The tract is the south half of the northeast quarter section 17 township 14 south range 3 west with 8 percent interest and a three month credit with bond security. In Chicot County Arkansas, under a 1916 chancery decree in case No. 2947 between E. P. Remley and W. A. Skipper et al, a commissioner will sell Lot 1 in Block 12 Lambert's Addition Dermott minus a 25 foot south strip at public auction at the county courthouse West door. Sale on three month credit with 10 percent interest, bond with security, and court lien to secure payment. Dated December 5, 1916.
