Red Cross Assists With One Xmas Parcel Plan
The Red Cross oversees a program to supply one Christmas parcel for every overseas soldier. Each soldier will mail a parcel label to a home recipient, who waits at Red Cross rooms in Peru to receive the carton and filling instructions.
