Terrible Accident Claims Life Of Ray Bell Near Chili
A sixteen year old, Ray Bell, son of William Bell, was killed when a run away horse dragged him after he and his father harnessed a horse and rode an errand. He fell, became tangled, and the horse dragged him for miles before neighbors stopped it. Funeral held at Chili Baptist Church with ministers Lee Fisher and W A Bender officiating.
