Corn Show and Baking Contest At Peru

The Mi ami County Hospital Association Ladies Auxiliary invites generosity at the Peru corn show March 17 18. A booth in Moose Hall will collect linen canned fruits jams vegetables and other gifts for the county hospital. If you cannot attend, ask a neighbor to donate on your behalf.

Golden Wedding Anniversary of Mr and Mrs Lorenzo Donaldson

On Saturday March 11th the community gathers to honor the fifty years of marriage of Mr and Mrs Lorenzo Donaldson at their Courter area home. They have shared in local changes and suffered and prospered with the community as a close knit family with no deaths in their home. If Providence allows they will celebrate with children and friends on the fiftieth anniversary.

The deal closed last week and the couple plans to move about April 1 with Cunningham taking charge.
