Neal Wilson, son of Mr and Mrs Bascon Wilson of Perrysburg, was severely burned Sunday when a lightning bolt struck a car and passed to his leg. He was fixing side curtains in front of the Methodist Church and will be laid up for several weeks due to burns from knee to foot.
Citizens are urged to attend the Electric Light meeting next Monday evening at eight o clock in Denver. Propositions and methods will be discussed with informed persons present to provide facts and figures. Come.

A loaded hog car left the track at Chili on the Vandalia line Monday evening causing trains to be delayed for several hours. A wreck train from Logansport cleared the line but all traffic remained halted during the incident.
