The will of Oliver P. Cover who died June 22 at his East Harrison Street home was filed for probate. Dated June 14 1917 the will names widow Laura Cover executrix without bond and directs minor bequests to Denver I O F cemetery Ebenezer cemetery Union township and equal shares to Webb Clarence Cover and Rebecca E Waite.
The undersigned Laura A. Cover was appointed Administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of Oliver P. Dover late of Miami County Indiana in vacation by the Clerk of the Miami Circuit Court on June 27 1920. The estate is believed to be solvent.
