Vincennes, Feb 12. Mayor Macdowell orders strict Sunday observance as all shops including Bowery theater saloon shop and poolroom close. Police patrols stage eight arrests among firemen, a car barn officer and a visiting fortune teller. Church groups back the closing while lawmakers press to legalize Sunday openings.
