Notice of Intention to Incorporate Town of Denver Indiana
Notice is given that on Monday January 1914 a petition will be presented to the Miami County Indiana Board of Commissioners praying for the incorporation of the territory described under the name Denver Indiana. The described area includes multiple parcels and streets and totals about 116.40 acres. An accurate survey map and census has been prepared and will be left at Dukes Hardware Store for inspection for twenty days after December 13 1914 by interested parties.
