Funeral of Mrs Mary Porter in Ridgely
The funeral for Mrs Mary May Porter age 68 wife of Harford Porter was held Wednesday with a 2 PM service at the Methodist Church in Ridgely conducted by Rev L B Troutman. Interment followed in Greensboro cemetery. She died Saturday at the home of her son Olan Porter in Wilmington after moving there about two months ago. She previously ran a store in Ridgely. Survivors include two sons Floyd Porter of Preston and William Porter of Easton, four daughters Dororthy Lord of Ridgely Mary Frampton of Claymont Del Helen Greiner and Florence Ann Eaton both of Queen Anne, a sister Mrs Ben Colgain of Ridgely, and other relatives.
