Phil ia to give notice that the subscriber of Caroline county has obtained from the Orphans Court for Caroline county Maryland letters testamentary on the personal estate of late of Caroline county deceased. All persons having claims against the deceased are warned to exhibit the same with vouchers authenticated on or before May 7 1932 or they may be excluded from all benefits of the estate. All persons owing this estate are required to settle promptly. Given under my hand October 20 1931.

The Fourth Annual Caroline County Poultry Show will be held October 27 to 29 in Denton at the Bul lock and White Garage Building. Exhibits will be judged starting at 2:00 p m with judges from New Jersey Maryland and the University of Maryland Extension Service. Events include evening programs each day and prize ribbons for top entries. A concurrent Dog Show is set for October 30 with entries open to the Delmarva Peninsula. Denton officials and show superintendents invite the public.
The Maryland Farm Bureau Federation will hold Eastern and Western Shore conferences on October 29 and November 13. The Eastern Shore group includes Caroline, Kent, Queen Anne, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, Talbot, Cecil counties and will be hosted by Caroline County at Denton. Delegates visit the Caroline County Poultry Show during the week of October 26. Maryland Farm Bureau leaders will attend and discuss the Eastern Livestock Marketing Association, a state beauty contest at the Lord Baltimore Hotel January 5–8, and representatives to the American Farm Bureau Federation National Convention in Chicago December 6–8.
Federalsburg High was defeated by Caroline High 4-0 at Denton. Denton led 2-0 at half after long free kick and corner kicks put the ball in the goal area. Denton girls won 26-4 with Geneva Lord Myrtle Smith and Myra Thawley among top scorers.
The Maryland and Delaware Coast R A discontinued regular automobile passenger service between Denton and Queen Anne. Travelers from Denton may phone Denton 131 or visit the Brick Hotel before 8 30 a m daily except Sunday for prompt service. Passengers to Queen Anne arriving by 6 18 p m can use taxi from the station. One way fare between Queen Anne and Denton is 50 annua l.
