Vesey plan offers under 12000 dollar housing option
The Vesey Congress endorses relaxed FHA credit rules allowing smaller down payments for homes up to 12000 dollars. Veterans pay 4 percent for 7000 dollar homes and 8 percent for 12000 dollar homes, while non veterans require 10 and 20 percent. The Vesey house plan stays under 12000 with possible later finishing and optional garage. The first floor includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. upstairs adds two bedrooms and another bath. The design fits FHA standards and National Adequate Wiring Bureau approval.
