Starrison will sell at public auction in Preston Maryland on December 10 1927 between 2 and 3 PM the Hog Island tract of 225 acres in the Fourth Election District on the east side of the Choptank river. Approximately 100 acres cleared with wood land and marsh trapping. Improvements include a large two story frame dwelling and outbuildings. Terms: one third cash day of sale, balance with interest after final ratification, or all cash. Title papers at purchaser's expense.
